Our client is seeking an experienced " white glove" Audio Visual  Support Technician (VTC), with experience supporting video conferencing systems,  at their business location in the Kansas City, MO Metropolitan area. The ideal VTC professional will have " white glove" experience supporting and troubleshooting video conferencing systems such as Cisco/Tandberg, Crestron and AMX. In addition experience providing level 1 IT support for  laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, as it relates video conferencing features,  is a must! Position Description The AV Technician will be  responsible for support of Crestron,  AMX  and Extron integrated  audio video  conferencing systems. Quality assurance testing of AV  equipment and room functionality including remote testing of local and regional offices   Responsible for the support of audio video  equipment including: LCD flat panels, video projection systems, speakers & microphones, cabling, fiber optics, racking and  mounting AV devices  and control system unit loading, and troubleshooting Providing level  1 help desk support and troubleshooting of  computer and mobile devices Required Skills and Experience At least 3-5 years experience in audio visual on-site video conferencing support and maintenance. Experience Installing and configuring  VTC codec equipment and support of desktop or room based video conferencing systems. Experience with  troubleshooting (not programming) of Crestron, AMX and Extron Audiovisual control systems Must have experience supporting  Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, SharePoint as well as MAC & PC Audio/video editing software Must have recent hands on experience testing and troubleshooting  projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers & LCD/Plasma Displays Support and troubleshooting of Video Conferencing Equipment (CISCO, Polycom, etc.) Must have experience with basic computer (laptops and desktops) and mobile device support including basic IP and ISDN Knowledge. Education College Degree or equivalent work experience Certifications in  Crestron, AMX, Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom and/or Microsoft highly desired.

A leading national provider of audio visual commercial integration  solutions  is looking for an Audio Visual Field Technician in Sacramento, CA.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5  years of recent audio visual commercial integration  support experience in the role of a Field Technician  and  have a good understanding of A/V control systems such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Polycom and more. Utilize troubleshooting and analytical capabilities to work through challenging audio visual and A/V networked device issues. Support and troubleshoot  LCD/DLP/CRT projection systems as well as  video and  audio systems controls and switchers.  Support and troubleshoot   Biamp,  Tesira and Polycom audio mixers to perform basic tasks such as uploading a configuration, modifying  IP information and  adjusting audio levels. Required Skills and Experience:  1-3 years of recent experience as an Audio Visual Technician supporting permanent installation of integrated audio visual systems. Must have recent experience in the  audio visual  commercial integration industry having worked at an A/V commercial integration firm or similar. Must have significant audio system support experience. Must have experience supporting and troubleshooting Biamp,  Tesira and Polycom audio mixers to perform basic tasks such as uploading a configuration, modifying  IP information and  adjusting audio levels. Must have experience with control system configuration and troubleshooting such as Crestron and  AMX. Experience supporting  LCD/DLP/CRT projection systems as well as  video/audio systems controls and switchers is required.  Experience or understanding of Crestron, AMX and BIAMP programming is important. Manufacturer training on major brands of audio visual systems and components, including Barco, Extron, NEC, Sony, AMX and Crestron, is a plus. Must Understand signal flow and use tools such as a multi-meters and tone generators  to troubleshoot voltage and signal flow issues. Understand data networks, connectivity, wireless connectivity  and IP configuration as it relates  to networked audio visual systems. Must have the ability to solder RCA, XLR  and 3.5mm connectors including terminating  RJ45 connectors. Install and mount wall and ceiling equipment such as flat panel displays, speakers and microphones. Experience training, mentoring  supervising more junior technicians is a nice to have. Education and Certifications: College Degree Preferred CTS certification nice to have Control system certifications in Biamp, Crestron, AMX or other is a nice to have.

A leading provider of Audio Visual (AV) services to corporate, education and government businesses, is seeking a  mid-level Audio Visual Design Engineer with at least 3 years of experience  to work on commercial audio visual integration projects in the Atlanta Georgia area.  The ideal candidate will be CTS or CTS-D certified and have at least 4  years of overall Pro-AV industry experience with  the last 2  years in the role of an Audio Visual Design Engineer. Position Responsibilities: The AV Design Engineer will be responsible for reviewing site surveys, designing customer solutions based on requirements, estimating, and producing documentation suitable for sales presentations and system installation, and control system programming scopes. Review site survey documentation produced by Sales reps along with needs Assessment reports. Prepare proposals and designs for audiovisual system integrations and installations. Create construction and system integration documents (CAD Drawings, Blue Prints and CSI Specifications) Communicate and coordinate technical design solutions with clients, installation teams and vendors Provide sales and technical staff with high end technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis including attending project meetings. Assist with A/V system commissioning- Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone, BSS, Cisco and Polycom VTC. Knowledge of AMX, Crestron or Extron control system programming, implementation, and testing for System Integration client projects. Leading programming code reviews as required. Contributing to design review and code review as required. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers. Leading resolution of field code issues. Required Experience and Qualifications: At least 4years of overall Audio Visual commercial solution/services industry experience. At least 2 years of recent experience as a hands on Pro-AV commercial audio visual integration system  design. A proven track record in audiovisual systems engineering and control systems commissioning Ability to write a scope of work and finalize a system deployment and build-out. AutoCAD or StarDraw experience Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people. Education and Certifications Bachelors Degree (Preferred) CTS Certification with CTS-D as highly preferable
