Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Field Service Coordinator in the NYC/NJ metro area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify local audio visual integration partners in markets where we might not have partners in a specific area.

  • Management of our 3rd party audio visual network database to ensure that we can quickly find partners based on region and skillset.

  • Collecting key information for new partners that we want to hire for future work for vendor on-boarding.

  • Coordinating, scheduling and confirming site visits with both our 3rd party partners, our internal project management team and the client.

  • Identifying potential issues that could affect the installation such as a scheduling conflict or hardware not arriving in time for an installation.

  • Work with project managers to define the scope and timeline of each project. 

  • Reviewing the project calendar with our internal teams for efficiency to identify the best partner for a job based on their skillset, the part of the country, timeline and other work that same day or week. 

  • Review job closing documents to ensure that 3rd party partners have provided key information required to close the job and get them paid.

  • Approving bills received from a partner so they can be paid by our accounting team.

  • Addressing issues with partners should there be concerns about their work or professionalism.


  • 1-3 years experience in the Audio Visual Integration industry in a similar capacity. Previous Dispatch experience is prefered.

  • Ability to work independently and be a ‘hunter’ to identify local partners around North America to assist with the installation of AV systems. 

  • Extremely organized individual who thrives in a constantly changing environment.   

  • Ability to see the big picture and work holistically. 

  • Ability to collaborate with members of every team.
