Our client, a company specializing in event staging, systems integration, managed services, is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Install
Position Overview: As a Lead Installer, you will play a key hands on role role in overseeing a team of AV Installers with the rack fabrication, construction, system installation and network tasks to ensure the successful implementation of audiovisual solutions. Travel is required for on-site projects, and the position is based in Garnet Valley, PA.
Qualifications:
- CTS Certification and 5+ years' experience in pro-AV installations and AV system integration.
- Experience leading a team of AV Installers is a nice to have.
- Proficiency in audiovisual software applications.
- CCNA certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
- Crestron Level 2 programming or higher.
- Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated team player.
