A university local to Boston, MA is looking for a Software Engineer with experience in software and hardware automation in a biomedical setting.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years programming experience in either C, C++ and/or Python.
This position will be responsible for creating, maintaining and troubleshooting university laboratory equipment and instruments which will require experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Required Skills: At least 3 years experience in Programming within C, C++ and/or Python
BS in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Biology
Hands on experience with biomedical automation hardware and software in a Biomedical setting
Experience with testing and measuring the activity of a drug in an organism or organic sample
Experience with Venus Software and Hamilton Robots is a plus
